The house was built in 2005 and has 3 bedrooms but the first floor has been partially renovated in October 2024. There is an outside deck that has panoramic views over famed surfing mecca of Kanegahama beach. Bedding is one queen, one double and two single beds. There is also a futon mattress that can be used if needed (it is not as comfortable as the beds!). As this house is in a residential area, we ask all guests to refrain from making loud noise/music outside, especially after dark.

On our family estate passed down for generations, we renovated an inkyo (a traditional Japanese retirement dwelling) into this home. 1,000 sq m is exclusively yours: 600 sq m lawn, wooden deck, and multipurpose room — shared with no one. Watch kids or dogs on the lawn from deck chairs, or gaze at sunsets over fields. Enjoy a 4K projector or vinyl records inside.

A 10-second walk to the harbor! This house is perfect for those who love fishing or want to enjoy marine leisure during their stay. The house is newly built and opened in July 2021. The house has a capacity of 4 adults, but it can accommodate 6 people including children. Please contact us in advance. The house is equipped with an automatic hot water heater and a dishwasher to ensure a comfortable stay. There is no fence on the deck, so please be careful to keep an eye on small children.
