E' un insediamento rurale che risale all'800, costituito da edifici distinti che servivano per la residenza e per il lavoro contadino. A distanza di due secoli è stato oggetto di un recupero da parte di artigiani locali e di scalpellini, che hanno riportato alla luce le pietre con cui erano costruiti questi edifici. Ora è pronto per offrire un'esperienza di charme e di eleganza immersi nella campagna.
