This tasteful flat is centrally located in Vueltas, the picturesque harbour district of Valle Gran Rey. The flat has two bedrooms, with space for a total of 4 people. There is also a cosy sofa in the living area, which can be quickly converted into an additional sleeping area. Guests can reach the sheltered harbour beach in 2 minutes on foot. There are supermarkets and an organic supermarket in the immediate vicinity, as well as various breakfast places, restaurants and bars.

Carlota Sol is a stone-built house with panoramic views, comprising a living room-kitchen, one bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace. It is situated in a quiet area of Las Nuevitas. The house is accessible from the road, where you can stop the car to unload. From the front door, you need to go down about fifteen steps to reach the communal area, which provides access to the property and to another self-contained property also available to rent, called Casa Carlota Mar.

My apartment is good for couples and families. It has optical fiber with 600mbps, perfect for working in a very quiet place. Only 3 minutes from the beach. It has a swimming pool you can use. The pool is open all year round, they only close it when there is some maintenance to be done.
