A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Villas Del Sol is a newly remodeled home 400 steps from the beach, which has two bed rooms and one bath, a full kitchen, stacked washer and dryer. Master bed room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. The other bedroom has two twin size beds. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room. There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking. We expanded parking spots 2 years ago for most car sizes: W- 101 inches and H-83 inches
