Gratte-Ciel is a really good location and really loved from Lyonnais as it got everything you need, and it is a very safe area. there is a farmer market every Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. Local shops and lovely main streets with restaurants, bars and coffee places. it is a really cute area.

The flat is 5 min walk from the Subway (Métro Saxe-Gambetta), and 10 ' walk from the Parc Blandan (garden) and also 10' walk from the riverside.
