We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

With the spaciousness of being in the country, you are still less than 5 minutes from downtown. The Animas City Trail is accessible from the property through a locked gate behind the apartment.
