Built for the private use of a Dutch family, but also for rent in winter and summer season. The chalet is situated in a quiet location with superb views into the Rhone valley and across various mountain ridges, only 200 yards away from the center of La Tzoumaz and 300 yards away from the main ski lift. La Tzoumaz is a family friendly little village at 1500m altitude, with a ski school (from age 3 and up), restaurants & bars, ski shops, supermarket, ATM, ski rink, indoor swimming pool, etcetera. La Tzoumaz is ideally located in the 4 Valley ski area. The telecabine ski lift takes you in 8 minutes to Savoleyres Mountain at 2450m, from where you can ski directly into Verbier, or further into the magnificent ski area with the Mont Fort (3300m) and Mont Gele as the most famous options for outstanding on and off piste skiing. Also for spring and summer, Chalet Chaupine and La Tzoumaz are a great holiday destination: the possibilities for walking trips and mountain biking are endless. Aucune habitation à moins de 500 m, vue splendide sur la vallée du Rhône et sur le village d'Isérables. Accès été et hiver à pied (5-7 mn selon l'enneigement) par un sentier en pente douce. Station de ski la Tzoumaz 4 Vallées à 5mn en voiture. Transfert gratuit de toutes affaires personnelles à l'aide d'un transporter. Chauffage aux pellets Animaux non admis. Non fumeur.

The unobstructed views and privacy will make you feel remote and submerged in the mountains while the slopes, shops and restaurants are all close still close by.

Nous avons mis tout notre cœur dans sa conception et nous espérons que vous vous y sentirez bien. Il est situé à 1300 mètres d’altitude, en amont du col de la Forclaz, au cœur du petit et calme village deTrient sans restaurant ni commerce alimentaire. Dans notre jardin et en face de notre maison. PAS DE TMB.

Construit en 1740, puis déplacé, transformé et rénové en 2010. Ce chalet a été collé à la «Matrice» (premier chalet du quartier) pour créer un ensemble harmonieux. Ce chalet est situé dans un endroit calme et facile d'accès. Proche du bus navette pour le départ des télécabines (été et hiver) de Savoleyre-Verbier 4 vallées, domaine réputé pour ses pistes exceptionnelles, et sa piste de luge de 10km. En été de nombreuses balades pour tous les niveaux, à pieds ou à vélo.
