Inside the living room, with its big window on the sea, you’ll find a double sofa bed, two armchairs, dining table, TV and Air Conditioning. The two bedrooms feature a private bathroom with shower and a direct access to an amazing and peaceful garden. The big spaces and the smart disposition of the villa allows you to easily set up lunch and dinners both inside and outside the property, where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets on the sea. La casa è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Forio d'Ischia, sulla spiaggia della baia di San Francesco. Nelle immediate vicinanze parcheggio, fermata autobus, stazione taxi, supermarket, ristorantini, bar e negozietti tipici. The bus stop for Forio is just 200 meters from the house while the one to reach the other places on the island is just over 600 meters. Daily trips from the port of Forio leave for boat trips to the nearby islands or to the mainland The Villa is located not far from the center of Forio and the touristic port. It can accommodate up to 7 people. The exclusive location allows easy access to the island's most beautiful and significant attractions, such as the Negombo Spa, the Poseidon Spa and the La Mortella gardens. Bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. The beautiful town of Forio it’s just 2 km from the villa is: with its narrow streets, craft shops, restaurants and clubs, it’s definitely a place to be in the island. Don’t forget to visit the famous Chiesa del Soccorso and the Torrione, and enjoy a pleasant day at the Poseidon spa.

It is near the ancient Villa Zavota which now is known as Villa Parodi Delfino. Giuseppe Garibaldi, stayed there in 1884 to recover with the aid of the thermal waters from the wounds suffered during the battle of Aspromonte. Our House offers small apartments, completely furnished suitable for families. - living room equipped with a with kitchen corner . - master bedroom - spacious bathroom with shower -lush mediterranean garden: lawn/ solarium/barbecue, vegetable garden, fruit trees, citrus trees and vineyard over 2000 m2 The furnishings are functional, modern and well looked after -the kitchen is fully equipped in order to fix your own breakfast or other meals -parking available for motorbikes and cars -Our Apartment is located in a very quiet spot however it is only 5 min on foot from the town of Lacco Ameno, with its thermal spas, shops, beaches, the marina and museums. Situato sul Corso principale di Lacco Ameno, e’formato da una camera da letto matrimoniale, poltrona letto, bagno, cucina. L'ampio terrazzo panoramicissimo, dal quale ammirare il porto di lacco ameno e il suo "fungo", è attrezzato per potervi cenare e sdraiarsi al sole. Basta scendere le scale di casa per avere tutto a disposizione; spiagge, fermata bus, taxi, parcheggio, supermarket, bar, ristoranti, shopping, e a meno di 1km la splendida baia di S. Montano e il Museo di Pithecusae.

L'appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione, situato in posizione centrale ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla e silenziosa. Si sviluppa su un unico piano di 105 mq composto da soggiorno con divano, una camera con letto matrimoniale e letto singolo con bagno privato e doccia , una seconda camera con letto matrimoniale, altro bagno con doccia grande dove è collocata la lavatrice, cucina attrezzata, patio e solarium. Linea internet ultra veloce che ti permette di lavorare senza problemi.

La Dimora Di Meglio è un grazioso appartamento situato a pochi passi dalla splendida baia di San Francesco. L'alloggio è composto da due camere da letto dotate di aria condizionata, cucina-salone, bagno e terrazzino con vista sulla baia dove potrete godervi uno splendido tramonto. L' abitazione è ideale per chi desidera trascorrere una vacanza rilassante. Nelle vicinanze ci sono vari ristoranti e pizzerie, minimarket e un tabaccaio. La fermata dell' autobus a 5 minuti a piedi.

Casetta incantata per relax

Affittasi appartamento per week end,o settimana per coppie,o famiglia di tre occupanti,posto auto zona tranquilla,soleggiata,e ammirare gli incantevoli tramonti.Mi occupò anche di prodotti agricoli bio che coltivo nel mio orto e in base al periodo offro un po’ di prodotti agli inquilini che possono cucinare loro e assaggiare le mie prelibatezze.Vi consiglio di venire a visitare L isola d’ischia per la sua bellezza per i suoi parchi termali le spiaggie e divertimento.

"CASA DI NESTORE", is a studio of 27 m² on the ground floor, equipped with all comforts, the furniture is functional, comfortable and nice, the kitchenette, fully equipped, replaces the breakfast service and allows autonomous preparation of any meal; the bathroom has a shower and washing machine. The floor tiles and the kitchen splash guards have been hand painted by the owner. There is free parking for motorbikes, while for cars there is parking at 200 mt.;

Il complesso Ville dei Lecci è un gioiello incastonato nella baia di San Francesco. La villa è completamente ristrutturata ed arredata nei minimi particolari. Dotata di terrazza panoramica con vista sul mare, lascia sempre ed infallibilmente gli ospiti senza fiato! Gli ospiti potranno raggiungere il mare passeggiando per 5 minuti lungo una piacevole strada che conduce alla bellissima spiaggia di San Francesco, attrezzata da numerosi stabilimenti balneari.

The apartment has a bathroom, kitchenette, bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed. Small swimming pool heated in cooler periods available to guests at set times. The use of the heated swimming pool is reserved for the months from September to June with times that will be communicated upon arrival.

A pochi passi troverete la fermata dell'Autobus e tutti i servizi (Bar, Ristoranti, Pizzerie, Supermercati, Farmacia, Bancomat, Shopping), data la vicinanza al centro del paese.
