Our large, private-entrance, one-bedroom Garden Suite is spacious and quiet. Located in our family home in Presidio Heights, you have convenient access to the Presidio, its miles of hiking trails, activities, VC and tech offices. Our 1-bedroom basement space comes with a large bedroom with a California king-size bed, a living room with a queen sofa bed, and a full bath and a wet bar with a compact refrigerator/freezer, microwave, mini dishwasher, toaster oven & sink. We don't recommend it for 4 adults (the sofa bed can feel cramped) but it's great for people traveling with young kids. We use all-cotton Frette sheets and Land's Ends' towels for ur comfort. We live upstairs and try to be quiet but you may hear us.

Cozy studio guest suite as part of 3 bedroom apartment, with separate entrance. Bathrm w/shower, lge closet (8x3 ft), small kitchenette. Queen bed + pull-out couch (twin bed). Very quiet. Away from street. Private outdoor area. In Polk & Chestnut area, close to great restaurants/cafes, easy walk to Aquatic Park and Ghirardelli Square. I live within the three bedroom residential unit and will be sharing the residential unit with guests during their stay (with a separate entrance).
