Guest will enjoy the use of the dock located in front of the house. Great for fishing, swimming or docking your jet ski or boat. Relax & take it easy at this newly remodeled and tranquil retreat. Enjoy the peace of being in the country right on a 17 acre pond stocked with bass, crappie, bluegill & catfish. Yet just 15 minutes from everything you could need. Fish all day, sleep in, create happy memories at the fire pit, enjoy the treehouse OR go out & explore the great many things to see & do in this area! This house is perfect for 2 couples but we will take up to 6 guests. Added fees for the 5th & 6th guests $25 pp/pn.

The Lakehouse at Clearwater is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
