Recently renovated, our home combines comfort and style to create the ideal retreat for families. Enjoy sunny days by our private pool or explore the local area, we are only minutes away from the vibrant Pier Park and 30A. Guests must be 25 years or older. A copy of your DL will be required for age verification.

Age requirement to rent 22 years old. Seaside Luxury- Sleeps 9 comfortably. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located on the west side of PCB, 3 min drive or a 10 min walk away from the white sand and beautiful emerald water. Small dogs welcomed must be under 40lbs and a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Max of 3 pets per stay. Must have in crate/backyard when not at home. If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee or your stay can be terminated.
