Relax in one of many ADK chairs while enjoying incredible sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance and bathroom. We are a 2 bdrm 1 bath bungalow located in Colchester VT, lakefront on the Mallet's Bay portion of Lake Champlain. There is beach access directly across the street for kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding, and sunset watching. The lake is a bay section so the bottom is muddy, recommend water shoes! We are just a 15 minute drive to Burlington for shopping and dining. There is a small covered porch to sit on and a lake to look out on.
