A luxury self-catering studio apartment with exposed slate walls, on our top (second) floor, Penthouse is suitable for a couple, two adults with a child, or a group of three. A grade 2 listed Manor House, built in the 17th century, with plenty of eccentricity and old world charm. We are both experienced chefs and love to share the joy of our home grown & reared produce with our guests. We offer breakfast every morning at an additional £15/person and our 6 course small plates menu on Friday & Saturday evenings for £65/person.

My home is on a small, Lakeland farm set up on a hillside with wonderful views down to the Duddon estuary. You could be woken by the song of a blackbird or robin or the cockerel; otherwise, it's a wonderfully quiet, peaceful spot. The hens and cats hang out in the yard, various sheep breeds, four ponies, and a scattering of cows populate the fields, and beyond that a gate opens onto the hills.
