The cabin is warm and cozy, sunny, wood burner & heat pump. location is nestled between Grandview and Lake Hāwea station. We have no light pollution making for incredible stargazing.

Close to Lake walks,bike tracks,fishing,supermarket, cafe,takeaway,garage. 15 mins to wanaka shops an eateries. Responsible dog owners welcome on approval. Owners house on site with 3 sociable terriers.

The Chalet is located high on Mount Iron and offers magnificent views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. Its located in Lake Hawea township and is a short drive or 12 min walk to the Lake. Wanaka township is a 15 min drive.

Named for our Greek Yaya's; one who loved to host and feed people, and the other who loved to travel and adventure. Yaya's House is beautifully placed with easy access to the Lake Hawea River track, short walk/bike to the stunning crystal blue waters of Lake Hawea. 10 minute drive to delicious pastries in Albert town and 15 minutes drive to the bustle of Wanaka. A peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring.
