Excellent access to the atv/snowmobile trails and the great outdoors in general. Hiking, Snowshoeing, Cross Country Skiing, Snowmobiling, 4 Wheeling, Fishing, Etc. 1220 feet above sea level, Huron Mountain Range.

Enjoy this unique 1 bedroom/2 bed , 1.5 bath A Frame on the Chocolay River approximately 5 miles from downtown Marquette, just off of HWY M-28. Expect traffic noise. It has aQ bed upstairs with an attached full bath with shower/no tub and a Full size sofa/futon downstairs with a half bath on the main floor. There is a narrow spiral stairway leading upstairs. The washer and dryer and electric sauna are located in the basement which has an outdoor entrance only, accessible by the outdoor stairs.

Da Knob on Lake Independence

Enjoy beautiful Lake Independence 25-30 miles NW of Marquette, MI with a 3-bedroom lake cottage right on the southside of the lake with a sandy beach (217 ft) and dock. Pontoon not included, but there is an open boat slip on our dock (mid-June through mid-October). 2 kayaks are included. Some of the best UTV and snowmobiling trails along with backcountry snowmobiling in the U.P. are right in your backdoor. Fish for walleye, perch, pike, and bass on Lake Independence in the summer or winter!

Random Point: Apartment Tree House

Random Point is a quiet, isolated oasis on a private, 300 ft beach cove on Lake Superior with a trout pond and 10 wooded acres. Both rentals and the outdoor sauna have stunning views of the Lake. This enchanted location is 5 miles from downtown Mqt with easy access to the University, restaurants, shops, hiking & biking trails. Located 2 miles before Big Bay, the cabin offers access to limitless outdoor activities. Fiber optic internet is provided. The cabin is directly across the road from the ATV/Snowmobile trails.
