Cabin in the Clouds is a beautiful, one bedroom vacation home in a secluded, private community that's very quiet and has been renovated in 2023. The bathroom was completely remodeled, new living room furniture, new marble top dining room table, refurbished bedroom, new floors. There's a beautiful view from our porch that has deck furniture and propane grill. Inside is an open layout with open beam ceiling and pine paneling. Black Mountain is a quaint vacation town, you will love this place.

The cottage has a Moroccan vibe and includes handmade pottery, art, and textiles. Walls are clay plaster and all bedding is cotton. Eco friendly cleaning supplies used. Built in 2010, Waterfall Cottage provides a romantic, comfortable, rustic retreat space in the woods perched just above a magical flowing mountain stream. Both downtown Asheville and the charming town of Black Mountain are only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Note: While Swannanoa was hit hard by Hurricane Helene, both our property and our woodsy neighborhood community were not severely damaged.
