The Great Green Room

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. The Great Green Room offers a completely private entry, living space, and bathroom. It is attached to our personal home but has zero shared space. It is equipped with mini fridge, microwave, kuerig, toaster, and kitchen necessities. We are close to great food and shopping. Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Historic Roswell Private Guest Suite & Patio

Bring your pets and enjoy a stay 1 mile from Canton Street and all that downtown Roswell has to offer. It’s also convenient to the Perimeter area, Buckhead and Alpharetta. The guest suite is located on the lower level of our home and has a private entrance with a smart lock for a fully contactless check-in experience. Completely remodeled, the guest space offers modern and comfortable accommodations. Be sure to take advantage of the swinging bed under the string lights on your private patio.

Little Farm 🐔 Cozy King Bed private driveway/entry

Cozy up at Little Farm at the foothills of the Appalachians. Perfect for couples and traveling professionals, our private walkout basement has a separate driveway and entrance, king size bed and full bath. Comfy reclining loveseat and sofa, 70” HD smart TV with sound bar with Netflix and Amazon Prime, WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, coffee bar with Keurig Coffee Maker, and bistro table. Outside enjoy the Little Farm views of our flock under gorgeous Magnolia complete with fire pit and glider.

If you're here visiting family, doing a school visit, attending an event, on a business trip, or vacationing, you'll enjoy our positive space.

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

Rustic secluded 1 BDR private apartment downstairs from main cabin area with private entrance. PERFECT location for outdoor adventures or people seeking peace & quiet. Close to hiking trails, State Pks. trophy trout streams, gorgeous waterfalls, local Wineries, antique shops, and charming small towns. full Kitchen, washer/dryer, bath with full shower. Master bedroom has a king size bed & lounge chair. Our road was once used to access first gold mine in USA (access on Etowah kayak trail)!

In rural Alpharetta, a cozy and modern 1br/1ba efficiency on the outskirts of the highly sought after equestrian Milton community. Looking to get away for a weekend, a couple seeking to reconnect, or on vacation? We are close to the famous Greenway for biking, hiking, walking and running. There are plenty of places to eat, shop, and experience the beauty of Milton/Alpharetta all within a 4 to 20 minute radius of our location. We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Your floor is the lower level, 2,600 sq. feet has a private entrance with key pad, laundry, & kitchen. 3 bedrooms, sitting room, bonus rooms, 2 bathrooms. Property owners reside in upper level. Access to pool area ( May 15 - Sept. 5) a wooded back yard creek, firepit, a beautiful wooded neighborhood for leisure walks, 0.9 mile to restaurants, grocery store & gas stations. 6 miles to downtown Gainesville, GA., and within 30 minute drive to Helen, Dahlonega, hiking trails & waterfalls.

Garden Retreat

This quiet wooded sanctuary is spacious and beautifully decorated . Lake Lanier is 15 minutes as well as Infinite Energy Center, I-85 and Mall of Georgia. This large dedicated terrace level apartment is fully furnished, super fast WIFI and complete privacy in neighborhood of high end homes. Come and go with keyless entry. Relax in the shade garden, fire pit, porch swing or watch the soothing koi. Separate air system. Extra cleaning protocol is in action for your safety.

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.
