Just 3 km off the freeway and 30 minutes from Beaches, Lake & Vineyards Note: there are permanent tenants on the block, but the only contact will be a shared driveway. The house is very private.

Only 90 minutes away North of Sydney and close to many ocean beaches such as Caves, Blacksmith and the historic Catherine Hill Bay. Situated at the end of a lane, it offers total privacy with the arboretum at the back yet a short stroll away to the lake front, tennis courts, swimming pools and playgrounds that Rafferty Resort has to offer. Shared driveway. Price for 3 people ($10 extra per night for additional guests over 16 years old). Dogs accepted on request. No fenced yard. Non smoking accommodation. Smokers have to sit outside.
