PETE’S PLACE

Farm Cottage near Steep Rock. Cottage is 7 km (6-8 min drive) to the village of Steep Rock, and is a paved highway (currently under construction 2026) It's a great area for canoeing, kayaking, and boating on the lake, swimming and photography. Cottage has a deck with a BBQ, and a fire pit and hammocks in the yard. In Winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe on the property. Occasionally you can see the northern lights, generally in Winter. There is now also a sauna for guests.

Experience a tiny home with so many unexpected little luxuries . This newly built 4 season tiny is located just steps from the beach. A nicely treed in yard for privacy. It has an outdoor dining area and firepit. On your way to the beach, you will find a screened in hammock along the path nestled in the trees. This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.
