Dogwood Cabin on Scenic Wooded Mossbridge Farm

Our two cabins Dogwood and Holly are located on a quiet, wooded 10 acre retreat that is 8 miles from Athens. Our special feature is a spring fed creek that flows year round and has it's own micro climate that is perfect for native ferns, mixed hardwood forest and dogwoods. We have provided a nature trail for bird watching and exercise. Recently we designed and constructed a beautiful pond with three waterfalls and a deck overhanging the water with chairs for enjoying our private paradise.

This unique place has a style all its own. This is an old cabin we have decided to let other people enjoy how unique this place is. It’s back to the basics in a not so basic way. You’ll come here to detach from all the noise and just enjoy the peacefulness of the beautiful backyard, grill hang out by the fire pit, eat dinner outside on the covered deck. The propane grill features a side burner to cook outside as well as grilling a couple of steaks. The inside has been tastefully updated.

Our cozy cabin features a comfortable king-sized bed with a futon couch. While our home is located right next door, the cabin is separate, providing you with private space. There is plenty to do in the area including Canton Trade Days, the Piney Woods Wine Trail, or lake activities.
