This is a nice centrally located spot as you will be about 15 minutes from the south entrance of the famous Theodore Roosevelt National Park and the historic town of Medora. You will also be about 30 minutes from the north unit of the National Park. You can rest, take part in activities, or do whatever you want to do. Enjoy!!

This 2BR comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds and a pull out queen sofa. Guests share 1B with shower/tub combo. Kitchen comes with daily essentials. Minutes to everything Medora has to offer. Bring your horse, bike, and golf clubs. We look forward to your visit! This cabin is in an RV Campground. There may be a camper parked close to the cabin.

There is a beautiful family room and a living room each with a fireplace, so you can cozy up no matter where you are in the house.

Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.

This is a cozy cabin ideal for guests wanting to visit the North and South units of Theadore Roosevelt National Park and Historic Medora. It is located in the middle between both units of the park. The cabin has easy access off of highway 85. It is ideal for a couple wanting a base camp for the National Parks, Mah Dah Hey Trail, Enchanted Highway and National Grasslands.
