The farmhouse is 1000 feet from the Ochlockonee River and adjacent to Greenwood Plantation and River Creek Wildlife Management Area, a 2,437 acre Area open to hunting and camping. The home is 5 miles from downtown Thomasville and an easy ride to Tallahassee Florida

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Spring Creek Getaway

No Pets! Located in Spring Creek FL, a safe fish camp community on the gulf waters. This tiny house is the place to relax. Rocking chairs, fire pit, and sunsets all provided right here. Bring your boat and use the private boat ramp or launch the fishing kayaks provided. The house was decorated by my wife and deep cleaned by the both of us!! Only 20 minutes south of Tallahassee, leave your cares behind and enjoy the beauty of the Wakulla River. The unique house includes 4 kayaks and 2 SUPs for you to explore this pristine river. Enjoy your own private dock; you might see the river otters first thing in the morning there as you enjoy your coffee. The boat ramp is nearby. The house is tastefully appointed and features artwork from several artists who capture the local flavor.
