Welcome to our ideally located and well optimized 4 bedroom home, walking distance from miles of hiking/mountain biking trails and a quick drive to the lake and Heavenly Village. Hot tub, air conditioning, 10 beds, 2 living areas, pool and foosball tables, 5 smart TVs, YouTube TV subscription, fireplace, equipped kitchen, large dining table, high speed internet, and plenty of space for the entire group. We're allowed to host 8, plus extra children under 6 years old, and we have beds for 14.

This is an ideal romantic vacation spot for couples. It is located in a quiet, serene neighborhood and has a large deck to enjoy. There is usually snow in winter. This is a kid friendly property with a pack-n-play, booster seat, and a play kitchen area in the downstairs. There is a king bed located upstairs in the loft (winding staircase is steep) and a double bed located downstairs in a bedroom. There is a massive adjoining lot to enjoy, as well as hundreds of miles of biking, hiking and fishing trails within a few blocks. Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Come stay in our 4-bed, 2.5 bath cabin in Zephyr Cove on Lake Tahoe! Recently remodeled with a mixed modern and rustic feel. Access National Forest Land out the back gate. A short walk or drive to Nevada Beach and Round Hill Beach. Quick access to South Lake Tahoe, casinos, restaurants, and Heavenly Gondola to hit the slopes. Also, relax in our 6-person hot tub! Please note, we have an onsite caretaker in a separate apartment on the first floor that can assist with your stay as needed.
