Three bedroom split level 1950's cottage, sole use. The cottage is homely and comfortable in park-like surrounds, three minutes walk to lake and five minutes walk to town centre. Strictly maximum 5 guests. Please send enquiry to book over 6 months in advance. Complimentary wi-fi, TV, heat pump in kitchen/lounge, heaters in bedrooms. Full eat-in kitchen including gas range and various appliances. Washing machine. Large yard. Hosts live locally & are available should you require assistance.

The Crib "Antrim Down"

The Family Crib is one of the original Cribs in Te Anau. My grandfather built it in 1933. Over the years, it has undergone numerous renovations. Warm and cozy, very close to the Lake, and an easy walk to all the great Cafes and Restaurants. Bi-fold doors lead out to a deck. A large section is suitable for parking vehicles/boats. Sky TV is available on Movie and sports channels, and we have Wi fi. A heat pump is the main heating; however, you do have the option of opening a fire. Comfy beds ☺

Blue Mountain Getaway - Relaxation Guaranteed

In a quiet street near town, Blue Mountain Getaway boasts fresh, new furnishings. It has 2 luxurious Queen size beds, 2 King singles and a Sofa bed option. There is a Main Bedroom ensuite. Recently built it has a modern, comfortable interior, well equipped kitchen and also unlimited wifi . The sunny, north facing deck with outdoor furniture, has stunning mountain views enticing outdoor relaxation. It's 2 minutes drive to the township cafes and restaurants. This is Lakeside living at it's best.

Mountain Vista

Relax and enjoy the stunning rural and mountain views from our stylish modern home. Situated in a very peaceful and quiet subdivision, you can literally jump off the deck onto a reserve. It's only a 4 minute drive to the shops or a 2 minute walk down to the beautiful lake front. Because our property is not fenced it is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old. Please note we only accept guests who have already had good AirBnB reviews history and the garage is not available.

Across the road from the lake this 3 bedroom home built in 1969 is still owned by the same family. Newly renovated are the 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and laundry with new washer and dryer. Elevator for easy access to each level with your luggage and shopping. Upstairs is a fantastic view with large opening sliding doors on to the deck or conservatory if the day is cooler. Fully equipped kitchen, yet to be renovated but very workable. Walk to shops, restaurants and parks within minutes.

Black's Hut sits on the shores of Lake Te Anau with expansive uninterrupted views of Fiordland. Built in 2022 with quality fixtures and furnishings, entertainment system and hot tub. Excellent unlimited wifi. Black's Hut has been specifically set up to accommodate adults with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Extremely private with extensive plantings. Bike track and reserve between the cottage and lake. Just a 15 minute walk along the lakefront to shops and cafes.

Fern Cottage

Welcome to this warm, brand new self contained cottage, placed in the front yard of our home for your pleasure. We are located in an old established part of town, but only a 5 minute walk to the Main Street of Te Anau and restaurants, and a 2 minute walk to the edge of the lake. Enjoy the quiet surroundings in your warm, light, roomy cottage, and we'll look forward to meeting you - but ensuring you have plenty of time on your own to rest and relax.
