This super clean two bedroom suite is spacious and quiet. Open the door to a Texas sized welcoming living room that is furnished with leather furniture. The suite is part of a bigger house that is completely isolated with private entrances. The house is nestled in the large pecan trees with a full sized swing set. Lots of parking and you’ll definitely want to take a long stroll from the treehouse around our amazing 100 acre neighborhood.

The house is in a quiet cul de sac neighborhood. The property has a fenced backyard. Small, house-trained dogs are welcome upon request. (Extra cleaning fees apply) This quaint and lovely two bedroom house is a 5 min walk from the lake and the Lake Waco Dam and walking path or a 5 mile drive to Baylor McLane Stadium and the Magnolia Silos. The Waco regional airport and Hawaiian Falls water park is approx. 3.7 miles away.
