Blvd. to Seward Park offering its old-growth forest and pretty lakeside loop just one mile away. A short walk takes you to coffee shops and vibrant Columbia City is just 1.4 miles away with a convenient light rail station in the center of town.

A relaxing 20-minute ferry trip from West Seattle or Water Taxi from downtown Seattle brings you to your own private cozy, Studio cottage with sweeping views of the Sound.
