This is a one bedroom (King Bed and a single pull out) one bath space with a separate game/entertainment room with a pool table. It has a small coffee/snack bar area. This space is connected to the owner’s home and has a separate outside entrance. You have access to a fishing pond, fire pit and the future Catawba Bend Nature Preserve, walking trails/mountain bike trails nearby. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Our secluded, lake front retreat has a variety of waterfowl, forest animals and stunning mile-long views of Lake Wylie. Your 450 Sq. Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. The Chic Farmhouse, A Boutique Farm Stay

Featured on Farmhouse tours as the perfect Airbnb! This 60 year old farmhouse is your perfect restful retreat. Equipped with a full kitchen including all the utensils you need to make the perfect meal (Pots, pans, Keurig, waffle maker, toaster). House includes three bedrooms, one bath. Two bedrooms have queen beds with a bonus bedroom that has three twin beds. Our bathroom is a recently renovated tiled shower. No parties allowed on the premises.
