The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Delightful 1 Bedroom/En-suite Shepherd Hut

West Row lies on the north bank of the navigable River Lark, 2 miles west of the town of Mildenhall, and just south of the large airbase RAF Mildenhall occupied by USAF - a plane spotters dream. The cosy full sized double bed is made up for you upon arrival with beautiful cotton bed linen. To keep warm on cooler evenings logs are supplied for the woodburner. Fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided in the en-suite shower room, complete with vanity sink, plumbed toilet and shower.

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Our converted barn is in a peaceful location and beautiful setting. In close proximity to a stunning local nature reserve and a short drive from historic Bury St Edmunds and Lavenham. The station in the local village of Thurston offers regular services to Cambridge and Norwich. The area has plenty of country walks,great pubs and restaurants, and the Suffolk coast is within an hours drive.
