Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Kom hier tot rust, in uw eigen 'home sweet home', van alle gemakken voorzien, in een rustige omgeving... alle ingrediënten voor een heerlijk ontspannen verblijf voor max 4 personen. Gelegen naast het natuurreservaat 't Twiske, ideale plek om te varen, suppen, wandelen, fietsen. Fiets in 10 min naar A'dam Noord of in 30 min naar Centraal Station. Met het OV is het ook maar 20 min naar Centraal Station en binnen 30 min bij de RAI, of de sfeervolle Pijp met z'n vele terrasjes en het museumplein.

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Bijzondere locaties zoals Amsterdam, Volendam en de Zaanse Schans zijn bereikbaar op 20 min afstand. Het gastenverblijf is gloednieuw en heeft alles wat u nodig zult hebben. Verblijf op een unieke locatie net buiten Amsterdam! Deze gerenoveerde ruime woning in Landsmeer biedt comfort voor 9 personen. Er zijn 4 slaapkamers, 3 douches, 2 wc’s en een tuin. Vlakbij de bruisende stad aan de rand van natuurgebied. Met openbaar vervoer naar centrum Amsterdam duurt ongeveer 15 minuten. De bushalte ligt op 50 meter. Een (Uber) taxi naar de stad is amper 15minuten. Deze woning is niet geschikt voor kinderen tussen 6 maanden en 4 jaar. Je bent van harte welkom.
