This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms, one king and one queen bed, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. The kitchenette includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite.

The Grand Marion~Old Farm Land by Willamette River

The GM was built in 1951 on old orchard land. It's in South River Rd and shares the large, private .27 acre property with The Marion, a sister Airbnb. The GM, renovated in '22, is in a quiet residential area and has a newer elementary school behind the home. Parking is available in the carport and driveway.
