Outside space both in the front and back. Back outside space is fully covered from the rain and a lovely area. A great place to call home for two people while in town for work, or exploring our PNW wonderland. One hour from the coast, and from the Cascades, in the heart of Willamette Valley wine country.

Architecturally designed backyard cottage located one mile south of the University of Oregon adjacent to Eugene's historic Masonic Cemetery. This contemporary Northwest space includes a spacious living area with a new king-sized bed, smart TV, WiFi, kitchen, bathroom, private sauna and hot tub, and a spacious deck to enjoy beautiful sunsets.​​ Located within walking distance to the University, coffee shops, Amazon Pool, and neighborhood stores. The Marion Guest House near the Willamette River

The Marion is in a quiet residential area. A newer elementary school is behind the home. The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Charming 250 sq. ft. South Eugene bungalow guest loft with private exterior entrance (10 steps up), ideal for 1 guest. Full private bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.* Queen-size cabinet bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, bamboo cover, quality linens. *Though bathroom ceiling height is 7’6” at highest level, please note that angled ceilings in shower may provide less-than-ideal head space for guests on the tall side. Shower head is removable/hand-held for added convenience.

Minutes from Pre's Trail and endless miles of river bike paths leading to Autzen Stadium, UO Campus, and downtown Springfield and Eugene, this private master bedroom with full bath is awesome. The Lucky 13 Studio is a newly renovated, modern space that is conveniently located near the heart of the city of Eugene! This 230 square foot studio/tiny home comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 guests and is close to restaurants, shops, parks and the University of Oregon. It is within walking distance to several wonderful eateries including; Laughing Planet, Falling Sky Delicatessen, Sweet Life and Tacovore . You'll find our studio to be comfortable and cozy with all the amenities you'll need!

We are located in the South Hills of Eugene. Close to U of O with easy driving access to amenities. The garage guest house sits on 3 wooded acres w/ south views to Creswell and winter views of the Three Sisters to the east. Built in 2020, the studio features a large walk-in shower, full kitchen, and laundry amenities. Sleeps 6 (King, double sleeper sofa, and two twins) Parking for multiple cars if needed. Unwind in a peaceful, natural Oregon setting, we look forward to hosting you.

Sunny Studio in the Friendly

Cozy up in this sunny studio located in the Friendly neighborhood. Snuggle up in the comfy queen bed by the gas fireplace. A wine fridge chills your food and beverages. A private full bathroom—separate from the studio—is accessible by a 40-foot lighted and partially covered walk to the garage. Enjoy the quiet back yard, patio, and garden. Restaurants, shopping, and parks are within a short walk. We welcome up to two well-behaved guest dogs with responsible owners.

Cozy Hideaway

The Hideaway is the perfect place to curl up after a night on the town. This cozy, small space has everything you need for a short stay and is centrally located between downtown Eugene, the 5th Street Market District and Whiteaker neighborhood. Free street parking. Walking distance to many restaurants, breweries, and pubs. Check out the Beergarden with their many food trucks, Tacovore, Sam Bond’s pub or Oakshire brewery.

Lone Wolf Cabin, pet friendly

Lone Wolf Cabin is situated on a gated road in a forest setting. It is the only residence on the road. It is about 2 miles from both Oakridge and Westfir which makes it convenient for mountain bike riding, hiking, golfing and dining out. There are both Forest Service Trails and game trails near the cabin. The cabin is rustic with modern conveniences. Weekly discount is $500.00
