The house is down the street from a full track and field as well as the frisbee golf course and pickle ball and tennis courts. The house is centrally located in Eugene, with beautiful tall trees. The garage is not included and the 4th room and closets upstairs are closed. We have an adorable cat that will be in the garage & outside and we check on him during the rental period.
