Walk to Museum, cafe & Daring in 4 minutes. Community Park & New World near. Tavern on the estuary & Saturday morning market are a short drive. Minimum 2 night stay - prefer 3-4 night stays. A private and peaceful Hot Tub area is available for your use. "Southwind" is a small rural property surrounded by farmland and other lifestyle blocks. We are 15 mins drive on sealed roads to amenities in both Mangawhai and Wellsford, 8 mins to the Te Arai surf beach turnoff and 12 minutes to the Te Arai Links course.

A large open plan living area with bi-folds and covered decks provide great indoor/outdoor flow and access to the views wherever you sit. For front row seats, the outdoor chairs are a great spot for morning coffee or end of day drinks. Linen is included in the tariffs

Moonrise was inspired by the movies of Wes Anderson. You will find it down a private country road in a garden filled with many birds who visit from the bush and nearby wetlands. At night the sky is full of stars. We have carefully crafted the cabins to provide a quirky off grid life and a tranquil experience where you can recharge in nature, read or play boardgames. The beach, along with shops and cafes are a 7 minute drive away and bush walks are just up the road.

We bring you the best of both worlds with great sea views set on 3 acres of beautiful native bush just minutes from Waipu Cove. This Modern Bach has a full kitchen, lounge, cinema/games room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Langs Beach House

Our beautiful kiwi style beach house is a short 5 minute walk to stunning white sandy Langs beach and 5 min drive to Waipu Beach. Waipu Beach has a safe estuary for kids to play, playground and a fabulous cafe. Relax on our large deck overlooking native NZ bush and birdlife after a busy day. We are close to cafe's, coastal walks, beautiful beaches and the Saturday Mangawhai markets. The Waipu Coastal Trail starts at the end of our street.

Just a stone's throw from the glorious, white sandy, Ding Bay at the northern end of Langs Beach. Safe swimming, rock pools and endless beach activities. Unobstructed views out to the Hen and Chicken Islands and Sail Rock. Enjoy the stunningly beautiful coastal walk from Waipu Cove to Ding Bay, an absolute must. 2km from Waipu Cove, 12km from Waipu, 15km from Mangawhai township. Great local cafes, galleries, markets and golf courses. .

Beachfront Apartment, Mangawhai Heads

Homely timber living area with balcony and fabulous sea views. Step out on to beautiful Picnic Bay. Ideal sheltered swimming area. 3 minutes walk to Surf beach. 4 minutes drive to shops, cafes, championship golf course. Tariff for 2 people is based on them just using the main bed and bathroom upstairs. If an extra bed/bathroom downstairs is required it would incur a separate $100 charge to cover extra laundry and cleaning costs.
