Huvila sijaitsee keskellä Himosta, kävellen pääsee Rinteisiin, golfkentälle, kaupalle, Himos Areenalle, Festarialueelle ja Huvikeskus Williin Länteen. Voit nauttia luonnon äänistä majoittuessasi tämän ainutlaatuisen kohteen isoilla terasseilla rannassa, johon aurinko paistaa koko päivän aamusta iltaan. Lomahuoneisto sijaitsee kirkasvetisen ja juotavan puhtaan Päijänteen rannassa. Käytössäsi on kaikki kesämökkien mukavuudet aina ilmastoinnista saunaan. The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. Talo sijaitsee noin 2km päässä Pohjois-Himoksesta. Käytössä uimaranta Päijänteellä noin 500m päässä.Kesäisin erillisestä sopimuksesta käytössä soutuvene.
