My villa is ideally situated just 15 minutes from the Geelong CBD and the surf beaches of Ocean Grove and 13th Beach. Most of the outstanding wineries on the Bellarine are within 30 minutes, and 5 minutes away you have Melbourne's biggest water theme park Adventure World. We are also only 90 minutes from Melbourne and the Great Ocean Road is 2 hours away. The villa is free standing with quality fittings throughout and is in a very quiet location with everything you need to have a relaxing break.

‘SUNSET HAVEN’ located across the road from the beach. Totally renovated from top to bottom with views of the bay from the lounge room and kitchen. It contains 2 bedrooms, the main accommodates 2 guests and has its own ensuite. The second contains a double/double bunk bed sleeping 4 and sharing a seperate bathroom.There is a large lounge room that has 2 pullout couches allowing 2-4 guests.The property is fully air conditioned and a gas log fireplace. Located just 100m from Anglesea Main Beach, our home is perfectly located for your coastal getaway. This hidden gem is tucked away with ample outdoor space to relax in privacy, and also just a minutes walk to great coffee. The house is made up of 3 bedrooms (2 queens + 1 King beds). Filled with art, books, a big comfy couch and fireplace for and wood fired oven on the new large private deck. We are family friendly, but ask that you respect all of the pieces we have left there for your to enjoy.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Relax and unwind by the heated plunge pool or let the kids play at the lakeside park it's only a few meters away from the front door. My house located in a beautiful lakeside, and it is only 5 min drive to the Point Lonsdale beach and lighthouse. Take a short stroll to the local cafe. Ride your bike in the endless Bellarine bike paths. Visit the various wineries around, or wander to the many nature reserves in the Bellarine.

Also located at the front we have a "park" which contains a water well, fire pit and a barberque which can be used by all customers! NETFLIX is on the tv!
