We are excited to share with you our renovated garage studio apartment. Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Pots, pans, cookware, and dishes are all provided. Cozy up by the gas fireplace. The bed is a queen size memory foam mattress. There is a loading zone next to it. Parking for the building is all street parking around the area.

The one-bedroom apartment is located on the main level and features lots of windows and hardwood floors. It is comfortably furnished with an eclectic selection of furniture and decor. The kitchen has most everything you need to cook your meals. You will find fresh ground coffee from Turtle Rock Coffee.
