We are steps away from the charming streets of Downtown Laramie and it's thriving restaurants, breweries, unique shops, farmers' market and historic train depot. The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

Enjoy your stay in this 1940s clean, cozy, charming, 2br, 800 sq ft cafe styled downstairs, private entrance location. One block from UW, Einstein Bagels. 4 min from downtown Laramie 7 min from a movie theatre & more dining. Smart TV with Netflix and Hulu accounts. Games available. NOTE: The living room heating unit becomes HOT when in use and creates an environment not for crawling age to 3 to 4 yrs. NO SMOKING NO PETS on property - we do have a well behaved Aussie Doodle upstairs.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

Basement suite in historic downtown house

This basement suite has a true western flair with antiques and fun amenities. It has a queen bed and a very large comfy leather sectional couch. Three blocks from the university and three blocks from historic downtown Laramie. We are right on the parade route during Jubilee days and UW homecoming. Pups are expected to be kept on leash on common grounds, and taken to alley to potty. We are not a corporate Airbnb. We are old school. We live on property and we always greet our guests.

King size Industrial Studio with patio close to UW

Once an old garage, this unique space shows off the brick exterior walls and the old heat system and all of its metal piping. Brand new kitchen, equipped with a full size oven, fridge and dishwasher. Fully stocked. The bed is a king size memory foam mattress on a bed frame made from old beams from a dairy barn. The exclusive patio space is just outside the front door, surrounded by a cedar fence and offers comfortable seating and BBQ. Parking is free street parking around the area.
