The University of Wyoming is less than a mile away. This is a great landing spot for those hoping to immerse themselves in the Laramie community.

The Carriage House

The Carriage House is a lovely studio-styled space, located in the tree area of Laramie, near a large park, and within walking distance of our historic downtown! Enjoy the heated floors throughout the entire home while you relax in comfort. It features stained concrete floors with in-floor heating, a full-use kitchen, kitchen table, a small couch, king-size bed, and a full bathroom. There are locks on both doors and street side parking is free and available. There is smart TV available.

The suite contains a full bathroom, well-furnished kitchenette with full-sized refrigerator, coffee bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate, breakfast options, & coffee bar. Enjoy the spacious bedroom/ living area. Laundry available by request. You'll be very comfortable in this light-filled downstairs space. Best for: adult travelers. This main-floor apartment is located in the heart of Laramie, just a short walk from campus and downtown, where you can explore the local shops, restaurants, and nightlife. This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay. Queen size memory foam mattress, kitchenette and a full size bathroom. Free parking, WiFi and a smartTV. Once a house, this building was converted into an 11 unit apartment building in the 1930’s. Please note that the A/C is seasonal.
