This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley. A seasonal creek runs along edge of land with amazing mountain views. Ideal for a single artist, couple or small family. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). La Casita Capulin (The Little Choke-Cherry House)

Very rural…This country hideaway is nestled at the foot of the Rocky Mountains, 1 minute from I-25 in the village of Rowe. It sits on a 40 acre private ranch. Santa Fe is 25 minutes away with nearby access to many US Forest areas, the Pecos National Monument, the Village of Pecos, and the Pecos River. The water is chemical free! The large acreage here is also used for tent camping in the summer months near the little lake and RV Sites are scattered with one being beside this house.

Farmhouse Casita

Farmhouse Casita in scenic Llano San Juan 10 minutes off the High Road to Taos. Full kitchen and bath with washer dryer. Private fenced yard with garden, patio table and lounge chair. Fire pit with wood. Spectacular mountain views and 10 farm acres to roam. Pets are OK but only small dogs inside. (kennel and/or fenced yard available for bigger dogs or ones that shed profusely). Designated parking space and room for RVs. High speed Wifi is available.
