Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Besök havsbad, mysigt sommarkafé eller gårdsbutik i närheten under sommartid. Vintertid finns hundspann inte långt ifrån huset. Vackert hus och boende beläget på en udde i Råneälven. Nära till vatten och skog. Här finns fullt utrustat, modernt kök och wc med tvättmaskin för bekvämt boende i lugna och vackra Norrbotten. The northern light is common at the house. You can even see it from the bedroom, if the weather is right. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng. Obs ingen barnsäng finns. I vardagsrummet finns två sängar som går att ta isär. Även två soffor som man kan bädda i om man är ett stort sällskap.

The town center and its shops are just a five-minute drive away. The house is fully equipped and includes snowshoes, sleds, games, a barbecue hut (Grillkota), and a sauna.
