Towels/bed linen are INCLUDED in the price! The 1A Chalet Klippitzhorst is situated at approx. 1,550 hm and is surrounded by ski slopes and hiking areas. The ski lifts are a short distance away on foot/skis or by car! High-quality box-spring beds ensure the highest level of sleeping pleasure.

This modern apartment lays on the magical altitude of 1111m and can accomodate 3 adults. It has a wonderful mountain view you can enjoy while relaxing on a roof covered terrace. It offers a private hot tub and sauna. Kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, toaster, refridgerator, toaster and even utensils for you to get creative with cooking. Interior is decorated with Swiss pine wood. There is a parkig space before the apartment and Wifi is availabe throughout the property.

Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

Von dieser zentral gelegenen Unterkunft aus bist du mit dem Auto in ca 20 Minuten an allen wichtigen Orten der Süd- und Oststeiermark, Graz und Slowenien. Auf die kleinen Gäste wartet ein sicherer Spielplatz mit Schaukel, Sandkasten, Tretfahrzeugen und einiges mehr für eine unbeschwerte Zeit abseits von Trubel und Lärm. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Mehrparteienhaus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen. Das Stadtzentrum Leibnitz ist zirka 15 min entfernt, die südsteirische Weinstraße zirka 30 min und zur Autobahn sind es lediglich 5 min. Perfekt für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen um eine schöne Zeit in der Südsteiermark zu verbringen.
