This home is truly a home for the future and is exceptionally eco-friendly with an air source heat pump (ASHP) providing underfloor heating throughout and a Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) system with built in pollen filters for extra warmth in the winter and a cool breeze in the summer. This unique property also benefits from a relaxing 4x6m mezzanine.

Our self-contained studio apartment has a shower room, store room, well equipped kitchen, superking bed ( Available as 2x3ft. singles if required), a terrace & garden overlooking open countryside with uninterrupted views of the Cleveland Hills & Captain Cook's Monument. It is a 3 min drive/15min walk to the bustling town of Stokesley where there are restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, supermarkets, take-aways, a weekly Friday market and a popular Farmers' Market on the 1st Saturday of the month.

A great place to stay if you want a perfect base for exploring the NY Moors and beyond. The quirky house was once a printers in the late 1700's and has been restored to create a fun place to stay in the middle of Stokesley. The property is the ideal location for exploring North Yorkshire. 15 to 30 mins from the North Yorkshire Moors, Redcar and Saltburn beaches, Roseberry topping and Whitby. It’s ideal for family breaks, mini breaks and perfect for walkers. A free 2 hour high street parking disk is provided, plus free parking 6pm till 8am daily. Other times up to £4 a day.

Maltkiln House Annexe North Yorkshire moors

Maltkiln House Annex is the perfect getaway for two people who love to be in the countryside. You can enjoy uninterrupted views sitting at the bottom of the garden which is your own space. The Annex dates back to the 16th century and is full of charm. You can walk from our Annex straight up onto the Cleveland way where you can walk or bike for miles. Our Annex is a popular stop off for people walking the coast to coast. We are also very close to some great pubs and restaurants.

Riverside Guest Annexe

Riverside guest annexe is in a secluded garden but is within 50m of Waterfall Park and Great Ayton High Green, with its shops, pubs, cafes, take-aways and Tourist Information. The annexe is attached to our house, but has its own entrance, patio, garden area and parking space. We can accommodate 2 adults comfortably, plus a third adult or up to 2 children on our pull-out and/or sofa bed. We provide bedding, towels and toiletries. No smoking or pets are permitted in the annexe.

Cosy Seaside Cottage

Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique , stylish cosy cottage. Just 100 meters from the dog friendly sandy beach with breathtaking views . Walk to Saltburn to explore the many restaurants and bars or stay local with many coffee shops , bars , places to eat and shops to visit . When you are not exploring the local area , of walking many of the excellent trails you can sit and enjoy a glass or two on one of the two large comfy sofas in front of a real fire.
