Quartier résidentiel, le calme, la tranquillité et la nature caractérise l'endroit. Très facile d’accès pour visiter Nice, Cannes, Monaco, et bien d’autres trésors de notre région. La villa et entièrement fermée sans aucun vis à vis. Les animaux sont admis.

Maisonnette indépendante (27m2): au RDC un salon avec coin cuisine équipée et canapé lit d'APPOINT en 140 (enfants , ados petite taille) Le balcon plein sud vous offrira une superbe vue pendant vos repas/apéros... A l'étage une chambre équipée TV, lit confortable en 140 et coin bureau, étagères et penderie, Salle de bain avec douche et sanitaires.
