Beautiful & spacious newly renovated studio perfect for a relaxing visit of Lausanne. The apartment is located in a very quiet street just 1-minute from Rue de Bourg and Saint-François (restaurants, bars, shops) You will find three supermarkets (Coop, Aldi, Lidl) within 2-minute walk from the apartment. All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

Spacious and quiet apartment decorated with taste at only 5 minutes by foot by the lake. We have 3 comfortable and cosy bedrooms with 3 double beds of 160x200cm and 1 single bed. There are two bathrooms in the apartment, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. A wine cellar fridge for wine lovers and a dish washer will ease up your stay. The washing machine is in the apartment and free of charge. A bus stop is just in front of the building for an easy access.
