Spacious (120m2) exclusive apartment with everything you need for a carefree stay in Utrecht. Perfect for families and one or two couples. Enjoy the entertainment options like Sonos sound system, Smart TV with Chromecast, Netflix and smart ambient lightning, while period touches include stained glass, high ceilings and authentic chandeliers. The apartment is devided over 2 floors and had a total size of around 120 square meter. The apartment is big enough to accommodate a family with (young) kids, 2 couples or single couples who needs some extra space. Also business- and solo-travellers are more than welcome to stay. On the first floor: A toilet and small room with desk, a spacious living room with large sofa, TV (with Chromecast) and music equipment. Via the living room there is an entrance to the balcony. Open kitchen with all facilities like microwave, oven, dishwasher. This whole floor has the authentic high ceilings which give a very spacious feeling. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with large bed and entrance to the second balcony, 1 bedroom with sleeping couch for 1-2 person(s). Large bathroom with huge bath, separate walk in shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. WiFi, clean bedsheets, towels, dishwashing tablets, coffee and tea are included. Next to this you can make use of our iPad, Netflix account, Chromecast, Apple TV, iMac, electric drumkit, acoustic guitar and Sonos sound system. Welcome in Utrecht! Shop in the boutiques and supermarkets and dine in the hip restaurants in the famous streets of Oudegracht and Voorstraat, 5 minutes away by foot. Stroll in the open spaces of nearby Griftpark, while the central railway station is a 15-minute walk. Train: The apartment is located 15 min walking distance from Utrecht Central Station train station. Utrecht is easiest reachable within 30 min by train from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Car: There are paid parking places in the street for EUR 3,58 per hour or EUR 24,96 per day. On Sunday it is free to park. There is also an option to park in parking garage called Grifthoek for EUR 16,00 per day. This parking garage is very close by (4 min walk) Free parking is possible near train station Utrecht Overvecht, but will take you at least 20-25 min walk to the apartment.

Hierdoor geniet u absolute privacy. U heeft uitzicht op de Afgedamde Maas. Omringd door weilanden waant u zich midden in de natuur. Het appartement heeft een privé terras, met elektrische pergola, steiger en watersportmogelijkheden. Op de 1e etage vindt u een ander appartement voor 2 personen, welke u ook kunt boeken.

Een sfeervolle suite met vrije opgang, waar ooit de hooizolder was van deze boerenwoning uit 1878. Het gastenverblijf heeft een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed, een zitje en een prachtig uitzicht op de tuin en het omringende groen. Er is een aparte kamer voor het ontbijt en een ruime eigen badkamer met ligbad en douche. Gasten beschikken over de gehele bovenverdieping, met vrije opgang. Er is geen kookgelegenheid, wel eet- en afhaalmogelijkheden in de buurt. Geschikt voor twee volwassenen.

Our B&B is situated in a private unit in our peaceful backyard. We've always loved (re)building and decorating and love being able to share this passion with our guests through our homely B&B. You'll find all facilities (private bathroom, kitchinette, upstairs bedroom) and can open the French doors to enjoy the (shared) garden. The fully equipped apartment for 2 people is located on the top floor of the building from 1900 in the center of Amersfoort. There is a shop on the ground floor, and the owner lives on the first floor. The apartments share the front door and the staircase. The lockable apartment consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The staircase is typically Dutch and therefore a bit steeper; it may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

Vanuit deze perfect gelegen thuisbasis ligt alles binnen handbereik. Binnen ongeveer 25 minuten lopen bent u in het stadscentrum, op het hippe Strijp-S of in een groen park. Terrasjes, gezellige eetgelegenheden en winkels zijn vlakbij. Terwijl alles zo dichtbij is, is de straat toch rustig met vrijwel alleen bestemmingsverkeer.
