The Famous Thiksey Monastery is just 15 minutes drive from my home and a visit to Thiksey monastery morning prayers is a must while staying here. Namra Villa is just 5km distance from airport and 2km from the main market. It is surrounded by garden with different kinds of flowers, apricot tree and apple trees. This estate is situated at an altitude of 5,753m above sea level. Traditional breakfast will be served to the guest, The entrance is through inner courtyard by a private gate. You have all the peace and privacy you need with a vantage view of leh city from the property which is on the opposite side of river indus . It has a functional kitchen a fire pit and an outdoor bar. Travelling time from leh city to the property is 20-30 mins, depending on traffic. The property has a storage room cum indoor parking place for one car. It has a green house and a garden with plantation. It is still a work in progress.

Our Handcrafted Home is a private home situated in Choglamsar Village, a suburb of Leh in a calm residential area with plenty of greenery. We are away from the buzz in Leh but still very close with 7km to Leh. We started building this house in 2019 with the idea to create a space which feels part of the land it is built on and in harmony with the ecosystem of Ladakh.
