Our newly built, contemporary 1 bed accommodation with private patio on a quiet country lane, is the perfect get away! A short walk or cycle from from the beautiful South Downs National Park, Chichester Harbour and the picturesque fishing village of Emsworth with its local shops, pubs and restaurants. On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

'Bedknobs' is a detached self-contained property in our back garden comprising of a double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, kitchen, & lounge/diner. The property has underfloor heating, WIFI, Sky television inc. movies, DVD player, fridge/frzr, electric oven, gas hob, coffee m/c and washing m/c. Positioned in a pretty back garden with access via it’s own entrance. Off road parking for 1 vehicle. Situated in Waterlooville with shops and takeaway’s within easy walking distance.

The Annexe at Sunnyside is perfectly placed in a quiet country lane on the border of Hampshire and West Sussex. With the historic coastal town of Emsworth and the Southdowns on our doorstep you will have access to fantastic walks & cycle paths directly from the Annexe. The Annexe is a beautifully decorated, super comfy place to explore the best that the South Coast has to offer. With Porstmouth, Chichester & Goodwood only 20 minutes away by car and with fantastic rail links from London.

Wisteria Lodge, a self-contained unit with spa

Wisteria Lodge, is an annex to our home, an ideal location for exploring the South Coast and nearby National Parks. It is self-contained with its own front door, fast wifi ,complementary bottle of Prosecco and sole use of the spa. An ideal base if you are working in the Chichester or Portsmouth area. There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

The Folly

Easy access to the Hampshire country side close to Rowlandscastle village. Within easy reach of the coast lots of local walks. Next door to Staunton country park 18 mins from Hayling Island and 25 mins from Goodwood, Portsmouth and Southsea . 10 mins from South downs national park. Sleep in a comfortable American queen size bed. Outside sitting area overlooking a large field which usually has sheep and or cows plus the occasional deer. Plenty of local places to eat ask for recommendations.

The Annexe

Enjoy a cosy stay in our stylish Annexe. Main room is a spacious bedroom with kingsize bed. There's also private shower room and separate kitchen. Enjoy exclusive use of the space, as the annexe has its own entrance separate from the main house, dedicated driveway parking and an EV charging point. We are nestled opposite a picturesque horse field with views of the South Downs National Park. We are happy to cater for any type of stay and are happy to add an air bed for children if needed.

Art House

Relax in the calm, modern atmosphere of this self‑contained studio flat, complete with a cosy double bed. Step outside into your private, south‑facing garden — the perfect spot to unwind with a coffee or enjoy dining al fresco. Dogs are warmly welcomed. The enclosed gardens offers peace of mind, with a nearby park making walkies easy. Art fills the Art House and Studio, where guests can view, purchase, or take part in one‑day glass and painting courses. Contact the host for details.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.

Space to make drinks with a super quiet mini fridge/ nespresso machine/toaster and breakfast provided in the room. An ideal base for exploring the South Downs, Chichester & Portsmouth area. Fig Tree Cottage is a charming, book-filled hideaway in the beautiful harbour village of Emsworth, tucked between the sea and the South Downs. Just 4 minutes walk from the sea and the village centre, it could not be more conveniently situated. Tastefully and comfortably decorated, with a properly equipped kitchen, this little house will welcome you as a home from home.
