This is a perfect peaceful retreat for those looking for a getaway amongst nature on the Suffolk Heritage Coast - a perfect base to explore nearby Snape, Aldeburgh and Southwold. Recently renovated with mezzanine living, guests have the entire Lodge to themselves with a private entrance, terraced area for outside dining/bbq and off road parking. Our place is a short walk to all local amenities, e.g. Tesco's, Waitrose, good restaurant and takeaway options and a lovely wine bar. The room is self contained with a basic kitchenette, bathroom and private entrance. The private patio as well as being a place to unwind and relax, is big enough to hold bikes if you want to explore the area on 2 wheels. We are a 5 minute walk from Saxmundham train station. Close to lots of lovely places to visit, and only 15 minutes to the closest beach.

4 The Old Grammar School is a unique and thoughtfully furnished holiday home, providing spacious, characterful and modern accommodation for up to six guests only a few miles from the beautiful Suffolk Coast with its famous towns and beaches. This former Edwardian grammar school was converted in 2021 and retains many of its original features including large mullioned windows flooding the property with natural light and superb vaulted ceilings creating a bright and airy space.
