This delightful flat has the fastest Wi-Fi speed in town and it’s superbly situated less than 10 minutes walk from MacDonald Road tram stop, 15 minutes walk to Princes St and 5 minutes walk to Calton Hill. Located very close to London Road Gardens, it benefits from supermarkets and pharmacies nearby, making it a perfect flat to live in.

Note: Extensive cleaning between guests. Newly refurbished basement flat just 10 minutes walk to the East end of the city centre and 15 minutes walk to Waverley train station. New council regulations in July 2023 means there is now no free on street parking. Close to tourist attractions- Holyrood Palace, the Parliament and Royal Mile are around 5 minutes walk.

The property is fifteen minutes walk from Waverley train station. Five mins walk to supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants.

Portobello Beach is 15 minute walk away which is a must see especially with kids they will love it in all weathers. Buses (every 10 minutes) stop at end of the street to city centre which takes about 15/20 minutes. Co-op, post office, and various takeaways at end of street.
