Ocean View Guest Suite in Hillside Escape

Situated on top of Hoop pine Lane Hill 1.5 km from the peaceful beaches of Suffolk Park. Our Studio is attached to the main house with views of the Byron Bay light house and Tallow beach. Set opposite a nature reserve, wake up to the sounds of native birds and wildlife. The Studio is fully self contained with a spacious living area and kitchenette, with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle, and dual air-con/heating system. Our dreamy cane chair library space is full of wonderful reads about Byron Bay and Beyond, our local indigenous history, surfing, and guides of where to eat and what to do. The master suite has a luxurious hand crafted wooden king bed, with a large walk in robe next to the bathroom, with ironing facilities and clothes horse. Our studio is ideal for a romantic Byron Bay getaway or a family with a young child. For the golf enthusiasts, the beautiful Byron Bay Golf Course is only a 5 min walk down the hill. *An adorable and very friendly chocolate labrador called Mae lives on site, and loves to visit and cuddle with guests. Guest have access to their own off street car park in front of the garden bed on our property, and private entry to the Studio is via the paved pathway to the right of the house. Free high speed wifi. We respect the privacy and choices of our guests whilst on holiday, yet we are available 24/7 via mobile to help with any enquires. Suffolk Park is on the southern outskirts of Byron Bay, New South Whales overlooking the stunning Tallow Beach stretch to Broken Head National Park. It is 30-minute drive of the airport and 5 minutes from the bustling Suffolk Park community shops. Depending on the kind of holiday you are seeking, it is advisable to hire or have access to a car, for the convenience and accessibility to explore the area. To get to the Studio, it is 45min drive south from the Goldcoast, or 25min drive north from Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport. As mentioned the studio is situated on top of a hill, down hill stroll is always fun yet on return... Your booty will get a solid workout. Within 5 min drive to the bustling Suffolk Park community and beach access. Or 15-20min walk. There is access to the local bus routes. We truly love this space and hope you get as much pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment from it as we did creating it.

Ballina's main cafes, restaurants, shops & swimming pool just 10 min walk away. Access is through a private entrance (via a roller-door) to the lobby where a key safe is situated. It is an easy 300 meter walk to Epiq Marketplace - with shops including Woolworths/BWS - and just a four minute drive to the beach and gorgeous Lennox Village with its fabulous cafes, boutiques and outstanding restaurants both locally and in the adjoining suburbs of Byron Bay and Bangalow. And there is no need to pack bulky beach towels or a beach umbrella, as they are supplied. Come visit!

The Nest

Welcome to the Nest, a cosy beach-style studio nestled on the hill-tops of Lennox Head. Relax on a private deck, complete with a comfy lounge and a gas hob-equipped BBQ, all while enjoying the tropical landscape. Inside The Nest, you'll find a well-equipped kitchenette complete with a bar fridge, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The studio is a short 3-minute drive into town and the beach. The Nest is your ideal coastal getaway, providing a perfect blend of serenity and convenience.

Sunrise studio

Welcome to our Air conditioned downstairs studio in downtown Lennox. A short 5 minute stroll (no hills) to beach, shops and cafes. I should mention that you need to climb up 10 wooden steps to enter the studio. The studio has a Queen size bed, air conditioner,kitchen with 4 burner cooktop, microwave, bathroom, toilet, TV, WiFi, Netflix, laundry , bbq. Plus all the extras you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, including earlier check ins and late check outs. Please message for any enquiries.

Tallows Beach Studio, dog friendly, modern, quiet!

A recently built beautiful peaceful oasis, 2 minutes until your feet are in the sands of Tallow beach. Relax on the timber deck, which has an outdoor shower, BBQ, and outdoor seating . Inside the studio has Tasmanian oak floors, a super comfortable king-sized bed, air conditioning, ceiling fan, modern bathroom, and good-sized kitchen. Koala queen sofa bed is also available. It's perfectly suited for a couple, small family or solo travellers. Furry family members are also welcome.

Miki's

Lennox Head is a coastal community between Byron Bay and Ballina. Miki’s is in a residential area about 3km from Lennox Head Beach and Boulders Beach. The area is hilly so it’s best to have a car. The space, in a single level home is private and quiet with leafy views to the north. Guests have their own entrance, en-suite bathroom and a small, light food preparation area. There’s also a private balcony with a BBQ. Original artworks in the bright and airy room make it unique.

The studio offers an open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge opening onto lawned courtyard, bathroom & seperate toilet. Lennox Head has the best on offer in the Byron area. Lunch on the beachfront or shopping in Bangalow. Hiking along the coastal walk at sunrise. Or simply relax in our beautiful studio.

Spacious garden studio in Bangalow

Private, self-contained studio in the Queenslander style, synonymous with Bangalow. The studio is located on the lower floor of a classic 1920’s Queenslander in one of Bangalow’s loveliest streets. Bangalow central is around 10 minutes walk or 2 minute drive, where you’ll find the Bangalow Hotel, boutiques and a myriad of cafes and restaurants. Byron Bay is 15 minutes drive and Ballina airport around 20 minutes.

Pandanus Studio

The Pandanus Studio is a downstairs self-contained air-conditioned 1-bedroom studio with a bathroom and kitchenette (suitable for preparing light food only, no stove) with a separate entrance and free car parking. The studio is located underneath the family home and typically light noise will be heard from time to time.

The Guesthouse

Our guest house is located at the front of the main house (attached) with private entry l, with a small deck and yard area. Lennox Head is a coastal village with fantastic cafes/restaurants with breathtaking 7 mile beach. Our guesthouse is a warm welcoming place perfect for a one night stay or as long as you like!
